1. Foreign matter: After screen printing, the coating adheres to dust, point-like or filamentous foreign substances.

2. Exposed base: Due to the too-thin position of screen printing, the underlying color is exposed.

3. Omission: The required screen printing position is not printed.

4. Blurred/Disconnected lines: Poor screen printing results in uneven thickness of the screen printing lines and patterns, and unclear lines, with local disconnection of the character lines.

5. Uneven thickness of screen printing: Due to improper screen printing operation, the thickness of the screen printing layer of dots, lines, or patterns is uneven.

6. Misalignment: Due to inaccurate screen printing position, the screen printing position is shifted.

7. Poor adhesion: The screen printing coating has insufficient adhesion, and can be removed by 3M adhesive tape.

8. Pores: Small holes like needle holes can be seen on the coating surface.

9. Scratches/Scrapes: Caused by poor protection after screen printing.

10. Color mixtures/Stains: Non-screen printing colors adhere to the screen-printed surface.

11. Color difference: There is a deviation from the standard color chart in color.
